By creating an account or using vaani, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use vaani. If you use vaani on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you post on vaani. By posting, you grant vaani a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute that content within the service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate them.

5. Service availability

vaani is an early-stage product. The service is provided “as is” and may change, be paused or be discontinued without notice.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, vaani is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the latest version on this page.

8. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms removes or limits any rights you have under mandatory UK consumer-protection law, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. If you are a consumer based in the European Economic Area, the same principle applies under your local mandatory EU consumer-protection law.

9. Dispute resolution

We’ll try to resolve any dispute informally first. Please email hello@vaani.life and give us a reasonable opportunity to fix the issue. If we can’t resolve it within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to arbitration under the rules then in force in the governing-law jurisdiction (or, where you are a UK / EU consumer, the courts described above).
